What you fail to understand is that there WAS a Tron video game that would have made a proper movie - "Tron 2.0", by Buena Vista games, a division of Disney itself.

America is done if the military doesn't fulfill their oath. Revolution won't stop that. If the revolution occurs, democracy will have been seen to fail miserably, and will not be worth trying again. Then it's every dictator for himself, until one loses and declares nuclear war - we all die then.
