Dad Advice - I just got off the phone with my knife sharpening guy. If you are hosting for the holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hannukah, NYE) now is the time to have your knives sharpened and ready.
Always best to avoid the embarrassment of sawing the roast like a wet pine log with a rusty saw.

(Sigrid just announced she’s going to be on the loop tour with Ed Sheeran. Which great for her and exposure, but I want to see her live.)
