#NASCAR Per BP: -A couple potential jurors earlier were dismissed because they were huge Michael Jordan fans and felt they couldn’t be impartial. They appeared giddy just to walk by Jordan in courtroom.
#NASCAR: Per JF: MJ in a courtroom in North Carolina seems to present some challenges to jurors' impartiality. This will likely end up being 7 men/ 2 women as 1 woman was dismissed for having after-school pickup concerns. An already dismissed juror is being brought back for further questioning.

As my kid battles one of the worst bouts of illness she has ever had, I'd like to remind everyone that if you have even a remotely insignificant cough, sneeze or runny nose, to PLEASE STAY THE FUCK HOME AND OUT OF SOCIETY. AND FOR GODS SAKE WASH YOUR HANDS FOR 30 SECONDS WITH HOT WATER. Carry on.
