Back in February on the 20th, a meeting was held to allow for third or more terms. Giving an example like Franklin Roosevelt. Despite the fact that he died in 1945, &, 1947 the 22nd Amendment was passed by Congress to only allow two-terms, & in 1951, it was ratified. They are trying to use an (1/2)

This can at least pass within the state. State laws can still be passed or denied during a government shutdown. It CAN affect funding, services, and programs, but lawmakers in all states should still be working in the capitals.

Almost 100,000 people will now be included in having a difficult time during the holiday season(s). $42mil about to have no SNAP for November, and now 100k being laid off. Like, I get that the fall/winter slows things down, but c'mon. Times are hard enough. But corporate jobs?? That's a HARD hit.

The US has struck 7 boats in Venezuelan waters between September 2nd and October 17th, killing around 33 people. None of these people had due process, nor was there actual evidence of any of them being drug traffickers. Only "alleged" heresay.
