昨日の明治公園 niantic parkでのミートアップでハンケさんはingressはやめないと明言してた。そしてniantic spatialになって、かつてのようにエージェントがワクワクするような新しい取り組みを次々と実行していくんだろうという期待を感じることができた。

久しぶりに木曜日のオンライントレーニングに参加したら、昨日の夜から本格的な筋肉痛が...やばい、本当にまる1日経ってからやってきたｗ毎週やってた時は半日後にはきてたからやっぱり衰えてるなあ

久しぶりに筋トレしたら、適度な筋肉痛と共に血流が増えてるなあと実感するほどカラダがぽかぽかしてる。きっと代謝が増えてるんだろう。疲労物質も流してくれた感じで調子がいい。やっぱりトレーニング大事だわ。

寝室に使ってる部屋をトレーニング部屋にしたので久しぶりのオンライントレーニング。昨夏の手術を言い訳に出来ないほどすっかり鈍ってたので一から鍛え直します。とりあえずトレーニング習慣を戻すところから。

Last month, the "Shiwasu Festival" was held in Nango, Misato Town, Miyazaki Prefecture, and is a shrine dedicated to the King of Baekje, his son King Fukuchi and his father King Teika, who were separated on the way to Miyazaki about 1300 years ago. It is a festival where they meet again once a year.

Last night's flight to Miyazaki was canceled due to the accident at Haneda Airport that occurred on January 2nd, but I will be able to return to Miyazaki safely on this morning's flight. I'm tired.

I played the ingress mission "BURGERS Explorer". From Kinshicho Station to Shinanomachi Station, we passed through lively places such as the Sky Tree and Asakusa on the way, and enjoyed a total of over 20 kilometers and 60 missions over two days. But I was very tired :)

Saitama's famous confectionery "Jumangoku Manju". That ice cream is sold at supermarkets in Saitama Prefecture. "It's good, it's too good!!"
