Culture-wise, huge turnaround. Joe has introduced them to proper and competitive group culture.
Out of that, leaders will emerge. They’re still a little short of that.
Coaches like Laurie Fisher and Eoin Toolan will ensure progress remains when Les takes over fully.
The rest is up to the union.

It's an interesting starting point for action, in that a European season + the 6Ns could easily get a player past 30 games.

It's a guideline, but how do you make it workable and/or achievable?
