Yes, I do believe that the Admiral who called for the people in a 40 foot motor boat to be killed by a strike should be prosecuted! Not for the second one, but for the first, and then the second! And then for each and every boat they have bombed and each and every person they sentenced to death!

These outboard motors on these boats weigh 300 to 500 pounds each. If the boat has 2 to 4 motors, plus gasoline, and an ocean going hull...it is the epitome of stupidity to suggest these men, blow into the water by a missile, could possibly be trying to right their vessel and get back in the fight.

They were waiting for them to drown. They needed to sink the boat. They couldn’t take them prisoner because they might not actually be drug runners. Bradley got tired of waiting and told them to kill them/finish sinking the evidence.
