You can get addicted to anything that gives your brain endorphins. Addiction is always bad. Everything in moderation, if you are going to consume it. But the thing about addiction is you can't control it. Lots of ladies lie to themselves, I would know. But it's not good, it's not liberation.

Porn tends to change how you think. It makes you feel like it's fine, but as time goes on you crave more spicy and intense things, the first things get boring. You need more and more to satisfy you. You can get addicted to ANYTHING, so saying you can't to porn is automatically invalid.

You can actually study this on your own, there are resources everywhere, it's the age of information. But porn makes it very hard for you to enjoy your partner nearly as much as you should, which can hurt relationships. It can also give you intrusive thoughts of sex about strangers.

It is very real and you don't have to be religious to know that. I may be religious but I used to think it was fine until it began to effect me badly. I know many people whom it has hurt and continues to. I'm a woman. I am very pro-sex. I am not repressed. But porn? Harmful. Consume at your own risk
