Solid and simple! 👏🏼 have you tried pressing granola hard with spatula before baking and skip stirring, if wet to dry balance of ingredients is right it will produce big clusters! 😍

That’s great! What proportions of ingredients do you prefer, we experiment with 300-500g of Oats and 100-150g of dried fruit per 1 kg. Looking for that perfect balance.
