Surrounding Childe were not ruins and dust, but the indoors of a lavish and colorful palace, a wing of which Childe had just destroyed by jumping through many floors.
He couldn’t help but stare in astonishment. Where was he?
He'd just taken a step towards one of the imposing doors at the end of the corridor he’d found himself in, when a blinding light enveloped him. Instincts kicking over, Childe tapped into his Delusion again, jumping back towards the hole he’d made in the floor.
“I would advise against standing there, the ground is crumbling under your feet.” Childe couldn’t believe his eyes, why was Zhongli here?
