in terms of actual coding,, uummm yea i dont have a great grasp on that. i use vscode for working on my website code using local files. a huuuggee help for me was using a browser's inspect element tool and just changing certain aspects and seeing what it does and just trial and errroring it lol

btw, i found this and it seems pretty interesting rarebit.neocities.org, it seems like it defaults to the classic webcomic style of just clicking through pages but i thhhinkkk it may have a way to do scrolling comics if youre doing a webtoon style comic? might need to look into it more

my website is moreso a personal one rather than a portofolio / comic site, but my process is mostly templates that i trial and error tinker with until it fits my needs

for reference, i found the code for my gallery section by searching "html gallery" and looking for code snippets to use
