We did a double bill #movie night to wrap up a crazy month...
#BUGONIA is absolutely genius! Loved every weird moment of it. Will watch this again in a heartbeat. Brilliant, angry, and bizarre.
KEEPER felt under cooked. Too long; way too many plot holes; a little boring. Writing felt rather lazy.

My criteria for choosing holiday escapism (naturally fantasy) books:
- Has some form of magic;
- has some form of library portal / alt world at the centre of the plot:
- has some link to cats:
- has some link to Ireland.
If I can find one that ticks all these boxes that would be an absolute dream!

We're doing renovations: both planned & storm forced. I was standing on a foot stool today, putting painters tape around edges. I fell backwards off the foot stool. Thought I only hurt a foot. A few years ago I would have walked it off, no problem. Tonight my foot AND back are killing me. Yay 40+ 🤣
