Add water and heat over medium heat, stirring continuously until well-combined and smooth. Stir in caramel sauce followed by milk. Heat, stirring often, until milk is steaming hot. Do not let your hot chocolate come to a boil.

Pull 1 shot of espresso or brew 1/2 cup of strong coffee. To a coffee cup, add coffee or espresso, along with 1-2 tablespoons of salted caramel sauce. INGREDIENTS 1 tube, about 16 ounces refrigerated biscuit dough (I used one 16.3-ounce tube Pillsbury Grands Homestyle Butter Tastin’ Biscuits which contains 8 biscuits) 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into eight 1-inch square cubes (cheddar cheese or diced string cheese may be substituted) 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley, optional for garnishing INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with a Silpat or with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray; set aside.

INGREDIENTS 2 cups Cranberry juice 1 cup Orange juice 1 cup Pineapple juice 2 cups Ginger ale or lemon-lime soda Orange slices cranberries and pomegranate seeds for garnish INSTRUCTIONS Place orange slices, cranberries, and pomegranate seeds in the bottom of a pitcher or punch bowl. If using a drink dispenser with a spigot, omit the pomegranate seeds, as they will get stuck and clog the spigot. Pour in cranberry, orange, and pineapple juice first and then lastly with the soda/ale. Mix gently and serve
