2 months later and yeah my life is better all around. Found out I’m caffeine sensitive. Cut out caffeine almost completely. Found out I’m not lactose intolerant. Starting having dairy again. 24/7 anxiety is gone. Best switch I’ve made.
Today starts day 1 with no soda. I’ve got caffeine and l-theanine 100mg pills to help me with withdrawal. Journaling changes I notice. Hoping it helps w tummy trouble, skin, and sleep.

Having an awful acne breakout which is apparently normal after a round of steroids and the stress of surgery 😔

Disc replacement scar reveal. This is 11 days post op. Looks way better than I thought it would. I think with time it’ll just look like a neck wrinkle

Next semester is my last semester of coursework before internship. I’m almost done 🥹🥹🥹 I started college in 2017 at San Francisco community college. I’ll finish undergrad nearly 10 years later in my home state of Texas. 🥰

Just casually hit over 2 months sober. Not trying for abstinence just set new boundaries and stuck to them. Before that I only used like 2 times in the prior 2 months. All really good stuff 😇. My new boundary is to only partake if I’m out of town. I don’t want to invite disorder into my 🏠.
