Google Maps seems to have a knack for hiding the exact business name or street name I need to see when I zoom in on a location.
Seeing as they have Double Stuff Oreos, they missed the chance to call them Half Stuff Oreos.
Rarely do you come across a perfect comic, but @chrishallbeck.bsky.social seems to have done it here.
Given all the craziness from our southern neighbours, it's very nice to see our governments promoting vaccinations.
You'd better call it Jenny's Pizza
I love the list of global cities the MLB considers important enough to need to be informed about the start time of tonight's World Series Blue Jays game.

Go Winnipeg!

Is this because Canadian advertisers don't advertise on podcasts? Is it different when you listen in other countries?
Tritanopia just looks weirdly washed out to me.
It's what I use to show people what it's like to be colourblind.

The Normal Vision, Deuteranomaly, and Protanopia all look identical to me.
The engineer in me should hate this, but it legitimately made me laugh out loud.

Today is the Columbus Day holiday down there, isn't it?
We've been doing it every year for the past four years. We smoked brisket in a pit for the three years before that, but the filing cabinet works a lot better.

We have a cover for the front, and the bottom drawer can be opened or closed to let in air and raise or lower the temperature.
Smoking a brisket in an old filing cabinet once again.

It turned out absolutely perfect, as always.
