A 90,000 SF ball room would be able to serve a sit down dinner to 9000 plus people. That would require a 25 to 45,000 SF kitchen with 2000 staff. Parking would require 6-8 acres for regular cars. That doesn't include motorcades and limos and doesn't include staff parking. It's not a ballroom.
