Whether we are talking about my work or somebody else's, I think this is an important question.

I can think of a few times when a critic seemed exasperated by an author writing about disability. This is a real thing. A thoughtful essay by a critic I respect.

I finally sent a chunk/demo of my Next Big Game to some people last night after a few weeks of working pretty hard on it. Very relieved to have it out of my hands!

I'll take a few days off, then work on some of my criticism stuff. Hopefully I can keep from opening the IDE for a few days at least 🙏
