It's been 3 years since the Turkestan Shrike was discovered at Bempton Cliffs (and my first twitch!)

This was a fantastic bird to witness and it showed beautifully I couldn't resist capturing the moment on paper once I was home. #birding

The Booted Eagle in Cornwall was showing well on Saturday. It's upper wing pattern was stunning!

The Yellow Warbler in Kent was a great Boxing day treat for me....

Being Fri 13th I thought I'd dipped it until it finally showed around midday! Made the long trip happily worthwhile after some stressing. Life ✅️ no 337.

Just got the Pulsar Axion 2 thermal imaging camera after seeing a fellow birder with one recently. Very impressed and could see birds not visible with the naked eye or binoculars!

Rather pleased with my photo of the recent Asian Desert Warbler seen in Norfolk recently.

First post on here so please follow and like. This is my best photo of the recent Pale-legged leaf Warbler at Bempton Yorkshire. First twitchable one in the UK!
