Holy shit I’ve been snowboarding a long time! And also, Holy Shit I’m old 😦😆

Holla! Team Brown Girl Magic will officially be a part of Ski to Sea again! We were the 1st all women of color team to participate in the races history “and I’d do it again!” ☺️. Grateful for the opportunity, & will be supporting the team 1000% (as long as it doesn’t involve a’ 18.5 mile 🛶 ride 😂)

A non-government business that contracts with the federal government received notice today that in order to do business with the government they must certify that they don’t participate in DEI. So it’s not just the feds, it’s any private biz that contracts with the feds. Here’s the message they got:
