There is no legislation in Tanzania that allows for contesting the election's outcome.
INSTEAD,
there is a law that, once the winner has been declared, it is illegal to contest the election.

Alas! She won by 98% 🤔
Despite the blackout, road blocks by voters who did not vote in protest, polling stations burnt down, protestors driving off with ballot collection trucks & destroying the ballots, they managed to count 38 million ballots & she got 32 million votes

Sadly, she has declared herself a winner with 98% of the 31 million voters, majority of whom were protesting and actually hijacked a truck full of ballots from polls that saw no more than 15 people the whole day. Where did the 31.9 million ballots come from?
