objectively that sounds vary crazy but ik growing up i was very dramatic and would do things like that which is embarrassing in retrospect but looking at my own emotions objectively and being considerate of other people has helped with that. hrm

cuz like. word. i think im a lot more . good? now. im still grossly self loathy but im trying to grab it at the neck and be more assertive but im not like mood swinging terribly as much. i imagine ive just reached a time in my adulthood where i can actually keep my head on longer

many discussions later i am wondering if there is merit 2 rediagnosis since my diagnoses are from freshman high school and frankly im doing far better than i was but i still have trenches of bullshit to sift through. then maybe therapy would actually be reasonable to me again??
