Neither Jolyne’s or the nun’s memory discs are in use. Pucci removed both Jolyne’s memory and soul/Stand disc (she was in the process of developing it, hence why she was in the sickbay). So it’s basically her body being host to another woman’s soul.

He put the “soul” of the nun he basically killed by removing both her memory and “soul” disc, into Jolyne’s body. No memory disc inside of Jolyne now, just the nun’s soul. So she is basically amnesiac, other than remembering Pucci, who she’s in love with and lusts after, as indicated in pg 1 & 2
