Problem is for 500 years & counting white people hasn’t had “enough” white supremacy. Let white people march since they marched to the polls last year and voted for white supremacy.

I will be being productive preparing to help my community with reopening our food pantry.

Serving in the food pantry has taught me the power of Thanksliving! Makes you complain less because nutrition, clothing, shelter is a daily needs.

I will never forget a person saying “ we are glad it Thanksgiving because it been a week since we had a decent meal”

A Remnant will ALWAYS Rise! I am always moved when our clients say thanks. I always say thank you. But the thanks is mine because I have the opportunity to serve. Keeps me grounded & connected to my community.

I forgot to share the WASHING OF FEET BEFORE FREE MEALS.

Members of Glide were stationed outside ready to wash the feet of diners before their meal.

I’m crying just thinking about it.

It is such an incredible volunteering experience. It taught me so much about so many things.

I am grateful.

Today would have been George Floyd’s 52nd birthday.

His murder while people looked on is forever burned in my mind.

The murder of a Black man by a white cop over allegations of a fake $20 is the sentence given to Black Americans. No jury, no judge, murder.

He cried out for his mom and died.
