Since Dudley have reverted their ParkRun to pre-Covid. The track is now 2 laps of the track then through the woods then 2 laps of the track to finish. I completed 3.17miles at 23:10 and 5km at 22:40 @ukrunchat.bsky.social @therunchat.com @worldofrunning.bsky.social
