When Trump and Republicans are spending all day and all night calling Dems extremists who hate America, calling other Americans the enemy sends the wrong message.
Besides, leftists already promised not to vote for Democrats, so why should Dems listen to them?
And they don't even have the self awareness to realize suggesting the minority party should just shut up is dangerous, especially considering nationally we're all apparently in the minority right now.
I suspect that even downright destroying the specific areas where the panels are deployed will more than make up for the damage by protecting other wildlands and green spaces.
Panels on vehicles aren't practical (yet), but structures are. So are waterways and ag areas. We'll get there.

I seem to remember this was one of those cuts that benefited Elon Musk directly because USAID was investigating one of his businesses. It may have been the Starlink terminals in Ukraine investigation or something else.
