How long have these been out for?
I've only just realised, the only show up in the Fabric view, not when you select Power BI.
Interesting #MicrosoftFabric UI changes.
I think I likey.
I've been doing some practice assessments this morning for certifications.
Some of the questions in the DP-700 seemed vague.
I thought I'd take a look at some of the other ones for comparison.
Some assessments have definitely had more effort put into their development than others.
I don't disagree that it's stupid to allow it to continue for so long. But they're trying to sell a product. What better way to get people hooked?
But you can't say that their wording in the warnings hasn't been clear enough.
If people get upset that their free "trial" isn't renewing until the end of time, um, well, hard luck.
If, on the other hand, you create a culture where people start assuming 'preview' features are safe to use because they've been in preview for so long, and then take away that feature. That's poor.
That sentence is 4 words too long. 😜
I'm glad so much money is being invested into #Copilot. It's amazing!

Who's in charge of the #PowerBI renaming department at Microsoft?
You missed a couple. 😜
Oh, yep, that makes sense now.
I just noticed the old PBI logo after it.
This is new (when opening a #PowerBI file). What's with the B?
What do you mean? They've reintroduced the bug where you're asked to log in to your account 15 times, just so you can get to the shit-show of an 'open' screen. What more do you want?
I did. They were really useful in some cases where Dataflows didn't have the performance needed.
I've been saying this for 3 years now. The login screens/process were designed by someone with one account.
And the double login bug is back in some tenants.
I like sharing useful software, that is, well, useful.
So, for all you early morning and late night folk who want to save your eyes and circadian rhythm.

I've never liked the [bronze, silver, gold] medallion architecture naming.
I think [raw, refined, trusted] is better. (Sorts alphabetically too.)

What other options do you like?
I still prefer PQ but if I'm in a hurry, I use Bravo to build the date table. It has so many options and is obviously, really well thought out. But I don't think I'd ever build one in DAX from scratch. I think it typically comes down to language preference.
Yeah I know. I had to switch to that view to make my reply funny. They're running at a loss over all other periods. 🤣
