Our afternoon session kicked off with a second round of insightful discussions on #JLAPriorities. Informed by your interests from the registration forms, we delved into current work and brainstormed potential ideas for development in this area. #ResearchDevelopment #CongenitalHeartResearchNetwork
It was fantastic to hear from several researchers who presented on their projects that are in late-phase development. 

It highlighted how important a network like this will help the collaboration and coordination to ensure higher impact research takes places. #CongenitalHeartResearchNetwork #CHD
Wrapped up our morning session with a productive group discussion on key elements for developing a network operations manual, including oversight & governance, project development & collaboration, authorship & publications and research training. #CongenitalHeartResearchNetwork #ClinicalResearch #CHD
Delighted that Prof Gavin Murphy provided us with insights into the challenges and opportunities that a national #ResearchNetwork offers, from his own experiences in setting up the National Cardiac Surgery Initiative.

Advocacy from members of the public is a key enabler: co-production is essential.
