well i was right about not being particularly well-suited for the combat in tears of the kingdom, being a primarily mouse and keyboard person, but i do very much enjoy having a little world to run around in and explore so i am having a good time. i just have to cheese all of the fights, is all.

Made cheddar/parmesan/garlic/basil bread for thanksgiving yesterday and it worked out really well. The second time. The first time i forgot to add the yeast so i had to quickly throw together another pan of ingredients and bring the entire bread machine to the place to make it there in situ.

slightly panicked when i opened up my steam controller back panel and saw one of the batteries had leaked. didn't leak much and controller is mostly clean but i can't stand the thought of anything happening to it, i've had it so long and i love it so much.

Becoming increasingly apparent than any regulations enacted after all of this have to be retroactive. If you spent the last 10-20 years fleecing people because you were able to get away with it, guess what buddy, we want all that back.

Started the day strong by grabbing the container that had an uncooked chicken breast in it instead of the container with the cinnamon rolls on the way out this morning. I only realized this after sticking it in the microwave at work for one minute.
