I’m 10 chapters into “Hell is a world without you” and it is unbelievable how very specifically it is speaking to me and my adolescent experience. I attended the same summer camps as these kids and went to a small private school and church with them. I’m really enjoying this so far.

Possibly the only thing more freakish than Nuzzi's prose is the contortions her defenders twist themselves into. "She's not just hot, but she definitely is hot, while also being a vulnerable smol child. Also, criticizing her is sexist."

I think Kelsea Ballerini is one of the most compelling popular artists of the last little while. She has good taste, makes interesting music within a commercial construct, and just generally seems very genuine as she navigates fame and are and all that comes with it

That Netflix WB merger is objectively bad for basically everyone that consumes, creates, or works in entertainment. Fewer choices, fewer jobs, fewer opportunities for artists. A well functioning society obviously blocks a merger like that but instead we’re in a race to the bottom.
