oops. for a game a while back. sometime early 2024.
Chair/Throne designs I did for a back awhile back that never got out of development.
Much later on, during a time attack mode, score will be handled by adding the remaining time left. Score is also affected by how quickly targets are destroyed between the last and current target destroyed. I.e. if target destroyed in less than 5 seconds, +10 score. +20 score, +50,. +100,. etc.
As for now, the game will save data such as Accuracy, Score, and Time Completion. Score is calculated for: target destroyed (depending on if it were a "critical" point or not) and how many bullets are left over.
Solved the issue for saving accuracy for each stage. Before, it would only account if there was one gun and save that data. Now, it accounts for every single weapon with some type of projectile and saves it.
It shouldn't be much different than the current magazine clip function I have where bullets are adjusted per how many rounds are left within the magazine. The only difference is it would be checking to see if the current bullet is a live round or not.
Going to attempt to make a fully functional revolver for my variety FPS game where the bullets are only fired in chambers they're placed into while the revolver also has rotating cylinder physics.

after spending 90+ minutes coding one (singular) function, i have successfully added a gameplay loop for endless rounds.
once i implement a save/load function to my tower defense game then there's not really much of anything stopping me (except hours upon hours of coding and creating 3d models, textures, character design, storyboarding, UI design, background music, sound effects and design, steam implementation,)
