The Mar-a-Lago estate is about 14 feet above sea level. A cat-4 hurricane (Sep 17, 1947) generated an 11-foot storm surge at Palm Beach, washing away some of the road leading to Mar-a-Lago. He's got about 3 foot of ocean warming to gamble with. Hope his insurers are paying attention.
