my autistic brain isn't good at freestyling. I take much longer to cook than other people because I keep checking the recipe to make sure I'm following it perfectly

I’m lactose intolerant, but I can eat yoghurt - and I eat loads of it.

I’m a pescatarian at home, but I occasionally eat meat when I eat out.

This will hopefully be the last time I stack a Suma order into this pantry.

Realising I’m autistic has led to me deciding to move out of my mum’s house, and that should happen before the next Suma order in 3-4 months.

It’ll be a massive change for me, but I’m feeling really positive about it

I wan planning on watching ‘Frost/Nixon’ on Tuesday night to complete a Nixon trilogy but I was too tired.

I’m intolerant to cheese and I think I’m also intolerant to cheesy movies.

Spent two hours on video calls today with an autism charity and then with an autism therapist. It’s the longest I’ve spent staring at my webcam in one day.

I now realise that the flashing lights on my webcam are terrible for my hypersensitivity! 😫

I’ve got a sunburnt nose because when I went out to collect my wheelie bin from beside the road at midday, I saw my neighbour over the wall and chatted him for 30 minutes about autism while I was looking directly at the sun 🤦
