I’m grateful for our provincial and municipal partners — together, we’re making life better for Manitobans.
Yesterday, I joined the Minister of Housing to announce $82.3 million in funding for Manitoba infrastructure. This flexible investment can be used for roads to recreation, supporting the projects that communities need to grow and thrive.

Alberta industries are a critical player in our collective prosperity and future growth potential. I appreciated the opportunity to spend the day to learn more about innovative technologies like carbon capture and the entrepreneurial thinking espoused by world class leaders in energy transformation.

Learned a lot about the impacts of climate change in our North, economic development opportunities, and the beauty of the NWT.
Engaging day with residents in Hay River, Northwest Territories. Visits included stops at Town Hall with the Mayor and Council, coffee with locals, and simulator exercises at the Martine Transportation Services where they are training the future of our Coast Guard and beyond.

Incredibly grateful to see the release of hostages today. It marks a critically important step towards a more peaceful future in the Middle East - one I am increasingly hopefully can be realized.
Happy Thanksgiving! Today we give thanks for our families, neighbours, and communities that bring us together. May your day be filled with warmth, kindness, and gratitude.

As we reflect during Women’s History Month, may their story inspire us all to celebrate and support the achievements of women who shape our world.
The plaque at 164 Harrow stands as a living tribute to their legacy, reminding us of the vital role women have played, and continue to play, in shaping our cultural heritage and community.

In celebration of Women’s History Month, we proudly honor Betty Farrally and Gweneth Lloyd—two visionary women who transformed the Canadian arts scene by founding the Royal Winnipeg Ballet. From 1949 to 1957, they made their home at 164 Harrow St, right here in our riding.
As Yom Kippur begins at sunset, Jewish communities in Canada and around the world enter a sacred day of reflection, renewal, and forgiveness.
To all who are observing, including thousands in my riding across congregations at 4 different synagogues, I wish you a blessed year ahead.
Very productive conversation with the Prime Minister, colleagues, and Jewish leaders from across Canada to discuss how we can tackle the rise of antisemitism together.

Manitoba is leading the way as the first province to roll out this program, setting an example in making energy-efficient upgrades more accessible for those who need them most. By working hand in hand with provinces, we’re building a greener and more affordable future for all Canadians.
The launch of the new Canada Greener Homes Affordability Program — a no-cost initiative designed to help low- and middle-income households, including renters, make energy-saving home retrofits is a move in the right direction for accessibility and affordability.

Very productive few days of meetings in Edmonton with colleagues. I’m looking forward to returning to Parliament next week to do my part in building on the strong vision and path forward the Prime Minister has set for Canada.

This week my colleagues and I from the government caucus are gathering in Edmonton as we prepare for the upcoming parliamentary session.

Good first meeting this morning with Finance Minister Francois-Philippe Champagne to highlight key priorities for the Prairies and North.
International Literacy Day reminds us that literacy is more than a skill, it is a fundamental human right. By breaking down barriers to education, we can help ensure that everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.

Today I stopped by Things for their annual outdoor sidewalk sale and had a lovely catch-up with my friend Jane. Since 1967, this volunteer-led organization has been supporting our world-class Royal Winnipeg Ballet. I am grateful to all the volunteers for their commitment!
