Sigrun/Gna come to mind to me reading this. Even on normal difficulty the spike for these two in GoW felt ridiculous. I still beat them but it wasn't fun for me. Sekiro on the other hand is a tough game but at no point did it feel unfair and the adrenaline rush after finally winning is unrivalled!
