This is my second time being here, and if you followed me on my old account, then the honest reason I left was because I wasn't coping well with my Dad dying and I was pushing people away.
I knew I needed support, but I just didn't handle the grief of what happened properly, and I isolated myself.

All I've done today is walk around Lidl to get dinner and my legs are in absolute agony.
