Fine tuning a model on my mac, it has been running for over 24h and still not finished.

My sample data consist of 800+ records and less than 900.

So this looks good but not so great πŸ˜…

Neat! Can you share what you are training on (data) and how (method) and reason (why/what)?

PHP's `match` is one of those rare cases where PHP has something that I wish TypeScript had

Love me some `match`

My video today tells (shows) the story of how I started with an over-engineered n8n workflow but ended up with a perfectly tuned Claude Code Skill.

Different type of video from my usual. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jo16...

I've started working through some UX/UI for my notes app. I tried using bolt.diy with a local model on my MacBook Pro and had mixed success. :-/ So, now just trying to see if I can accomplish my experiments backed by Design OS and Claude Code.

Had to finally put this on my calendar as a recurring event because I keep not remembering until after I see these notifications too late. :)

Turns out building this as a Claude Code Skill was much better than N8N. Lesson learned.

Oh hey! That's awesome. Is she using her own individual developer account or does she have a business/org account? I'm curios to hear people's stories going the individual route.

My wife is on a similar path. Doing some cool stuff and soon going to submit something to the app store. Makes me really proud.

N8n or similar or something else entirely?

Which app are you running to get those stats?

Been looking into Yjs a bit but haven't actually started using it yet. Not sure I know anyone who has, either. Hoping to eventually find someone!

Are you doing anything with any local first/offline first or are you mostly focusing on local only?

Anyone interested in learning more? I'm debating with myself if I should make this into an ebook or course or something.

Let me know!

I’m dreaming of an app where I start a session, I open a web page or a paper or an ebook, and I talk as I read. Ask questions, make notes, all natural language. At the end of the session the transcript gets saved into a summary note of the session linked to the media I was reading.

Does this exist?

Are you seeing that on iPad or an iPhone? I don't have either of those options on my iPhone.
