I believe…
1.) There should be a day to celebrate Italian heritage just as there is St. Patrick’s Day and Cinco de Mayo.
2.) It should NOT be called Columbus Day. Call it Sinatra Day.
3.) There should be an Indigenous People’s Month just as there is Black History Month and Women’s History Month.

The play I saw yesterday has stuck with me. It’s “argument” is that many of those who have been wronged in a small way seek revenge but many of those who have been wronged in a great way seek a path toward healing and reconciliation.
I’m still mulling that.
