NYC: IMO vote NO of ALL referendums regarding “affordable” housing etc until Mamdani is elected and drafts his own proposals, NOT ERIC ADAMS. Too many are invested in pushing Zohran and voters from approval process. None do anything to remove $ influence of money, corrupted pols, unions, etc.
