i think i've mostly gotten back down to my baseline of pain; my hand doesn't hurt as much anymore which means i can use my pc again!!

wanna go to this really pretty northern lights event but it involves walking around a park for a long time and i don't have confidence in my body's ability to do that without immense pain, so i'm thinking i might buy a cane and hope that helps 🥺
