When a whistleblower’s lawyer gives you a deadline and cites the statute, that is not posturing. That is the last stop before Congress. And they just pulled the trigger.

Musing ..If this gets bad enough, governors will use their power to call up the Guard to protect election sites. Walz has already done that in Minneapolis to deal with the ICE's assault there. If Trump tried to usurp the Guard, it can be argued it's an illegal order. He has no power over elections.

Another mystery with Gabbard's presence at the Atlanta ballot seizure, if it it's part of an intel op. The CIA is breaking the law in any country in which it conducts spying ops, including in the US illegally. Such intel isn't admissible in court. And it's poison fruit for all evidence built on it.

Tulsi Gabbard shows up in Atlanta seizing ballots with a warrant signed by an out-of-state magistrate. There was no FISA warrant involved. Those are issued by the FISA court and are secret and "for the purpose of gathering foreign intelligence." So, why was the DNI there? Spying domestically?

Trump won the 2020 election, we're told believe by the loser of the election and proclaimed in an all-of-government op.

My reset:

Trump is just a sore loser and I for one am tired of tax money being used to promote that foolish lie and to rig/suppress the vote. That's the real theft, isn't it?"

Trump gutted the IG offices that investigate WB complaints and is likely to claim executive privilege. It casts treasonous shade on Gabbard's role in seizing Atlanta ballots. The complaint likely means someone at CIA or another intel agency believes she's compromised. Trump's brand is coverups.

What ICE is capable of on U.S. streets was foreshadowed in Juarez years ago. The snippet below is from a jail-house interview with an ICE informant. When self-interest overcomes the bounds of law, even state power can be used to murder.

As I think more about the Lemon case brought by DOJ that argues the media, by being present and broadcasting, was promoting terror and violence... well, I'd argue that's backwards.

Because everything was being captured by broadcast media, the propensity for violence to erupt was vastly reduced.

The Lemon case is a DOJ slap lawsuit. It has a basis in intimidation, not 1st Amendment law. And grabbing headlines. But before it's all over, Don Lemon will have more credibility and audience reach. Authenticity does that. This is a net loss for Trump. Because Lemon has an incentive to fight it.

The soy agencies Tulsi Gabbard oversees are non-testifiers. But DOJ and FBI do go to court, and DOJ prosecutes cases for intel agencies like CIA. Such as espionage cases. They may be seeking to create a national security nexus to voting so the feds can seize ballots elsewhere on that pretext.
Why did Tulsi Gabbard join an FBI raid tied to Trump’s election conspiracy theory?
The director of national intelligence was looking for ways to return to the president’s good graces. She apparently found one in an unexpected place.

So Holman, it appears, will continue the hardline federal assault on Minneapolis. What's really happening is a criminal conspiracy to deprive U.S. citizens and residence of their constitutional rights via an extrajudicial paramilitary force operating under the cover of ICE. That's a RICO lawsuit.

The same question raised below, taken from a U.S. Appeals Court case, applies squarely to ICE agents in Minneapolis, or anywhere else for that matter. If they are violating your consitutional rights, murdering people, it's a crime — even if they are acting under color of law.
