I've said it many times before, but I really am very close to finishing my colouring book (the one that was definitely going to be out for last Christmas)! Just the tricky end of a halftrack to finish and its done. I only need to sell about 4 million copies to cover the time I've spent on it!

Gutted to learn that Affinity Software (a shining beacon of hope in the creative industry) has been bought out by the AI-driven dirge that is canva, a company that thinks having 'design' software makes you a designer. It's another nail in the coffin of creativity and another step towards Idiocracy.

Same here! My good lady hinted that maybe it took up too much space, so after a thorough clean and rebuild it's going on the wall. It's the UCS version so it weighs a ton!

This Rugby World Cup has been absolutely brilliant - FRA-NZ was a proper thriller. It's so good to see a full stadium for the final. Too early to pick a winner but I don't really care!

In a quite significant milestone (for me anyway), I've broken the 10 kilo barrier since the end of June on my weight loss thingy (I can't bring myself to say 'journey' - it fills me with rage and shoutiness). I still look like a landslide, but the erosion process has started.

Bluesky: I have a question! The 18 DH Mosquitoes that took part in Op Carthage (not the 2 PR versions) - were they glass-nosed Bs or cannon-nosed FBs? The photos appear to show glass noses (which seems logical for precision strike ops) but I can't be sure.
