Overall id give it a 6. Cause it wasnt balanced and could definitely be improved by reining myself in. Tried every idea in my head and shouldve just slowed down.

Notes:
dry wet dry batter was overkill and led to an over seasoning issue

Seasoning combo was fine but needs a citrus to cut through the savory.

the crunch was nice, the meat was cooked perfectly. And its edible
