「「AI学習禁止」と記載されている場合、直接的な作成はできない」として作成不可となったという報告がありますね。
やはり「AI学習禁止」の明示は重要ですね。
そして、EU AI法（DSM著作権指令）では、外国事業者も含めて、「機械可読の方法でAI学習の拒否を明示した著作物を無断使用する行為は禁止」とされていますが、
上記の例では、「テキストでの意思表示も「機械可読」である」ことが判明したようですね。
「「AI学習禁止」と記載されている場合、直接的な作成はできない」として作成不可となったという報告がありますね。
