Of course they don't control it but like you said they should rework her like stat. But we both know they are more focused money making skins rather than quality of their heroes.

My experience with hero bans in OW2 so far.
Lots of Sombra and Zarya bans- which is great when my team makes me play tank ( I go Dva).
Lots of weird ass bans like Zen and Juno?
But so far so good.
