i didn't smoke at the party even though i was looking forward to it. i decided since i smoked earlier that day, i should make the healthier choice. i'm hoping i can start getting sober. my roommate is almost a week sober, so i want to draw from her strength. 🫂

she's been doing great with food lately but i want to make it as easy for her as possible to ignore all the shitty thoughts about food. i wouldn't have asked her to cook if i didn't 101% know she could do it. still i acknowledge that i upset her bu relying on her like this. one day it will be better

i think she's bitter about me asking her to make food. but i KNOW she can do it. i am also hoping that her making the food means she feels comfortable eating it. once i made soup and she didn't eat it because i made it, not her. so here's hoping… idk how anorexia works but i can try my best!

not stressed about hosting a halloween party. stressed about my roommate stressing about hosting a halloween party. i just pray she's happy and that she realizes how valued and strong she is—she's an indispensable part of the friend group, and while we could party without her, why would we want to?
