The ones abusing the welfare system I know are the ones who cash out the checks and spend it all in gambling/booze and not the ones who are not even eligible for the checks or who work 20 hours a day to make ends meet. Overwhelmingly, the first are whites and they are scared of socialism!!! Irony.
