There are two reasons why Trump has come up with the 28 point plan:
1) he needs a big win to deflect from Epstein

Last year’s first Season for her lightweight cob - AdBlu she won 4th in Lightweight Cob and Coloured Cob.
This year they won Champion in both of those same classes.

I get a feeling there is a growing realisation that in order to end the war Russia has to be beaten.
Physically, financially, emotionally, entirely.
We are way past an off ramp.
Putin is all in.
