Indeed, Hendrik. And America learned all the ways of conquering from the British Empire. They needed manpower, so they travelled halfway around the world, kidnapped & enslaved Africans, bringing them back to this stolen land, so they could build them a country. 🤬

It is amazing to me how strongly correlated the belief in the country's exceptionalism is to the unhappiness of its citizens! Russia and the US in particular, 2 countries with a very strong belief in their own exceptionalism whose citizens seem to be miserable most of the time.

at this point, it's safe to say that the Labour government's fear is not Reform taking power, but that unless they demonstrate an eager fidelity to Farage's overt xenophobia, they'll be left out of the fun when voters fully abandon the party ostensibly built around protecting workers from plunder.
