Thanks to everyone who came along last night, a big crowd showed up and we sold loads of copies of the DVD.
The DVD will hit bandcamp next week on bandcamp friday.

It was lovely to put faces to names and squares on bandcamp. I was buzzing on the drive back to Norfolk after.
Thank You.
Fabulous evening at The Deptford Lounge last night. Excellent version of Metropolis, with a beautiful soundtrack from the ever wonderful @audioobscura.bsky.social
Huge thanks to all involved in putting this on.

Cheers Lee! Good to see you again.
And I've got through the door in Norfolk!
Smooth journey back, still buzzing from the night and getting such a nice reception!
I've just been to Deptford Lounge to see the debut of a rare 60 minute version of Metropolis - with a live soundtrack by @audioobscura.bsky.social . This is being released on DVD next week on Bandcamp. This is astounding!

I wish I didn’t have to share this. But the BBC has decided to censor my first Reith Lecture.

They deleted the line in which I describe Donald Trump as “the most openly corrupt president in American history.” /1

True. It feels like the high water mark of the internet is long gone... its spiraling down to something else which is a lot darker. I now spend less time online now then at any point in the last 2 decades.
Google at its peak was basically the best information retrieval system in human history and they and every competitor decided going from there to “you didn’t want answers you wanted half-assed auto-complete 80%-wrong hallucinations” in a few years was the right idea

The 20x20 project is something I created in 2020 is now 5 years old!
20 artists, 20 albums, 20 tracks per album, each track 20 seconds long!
There were some fantastic releases. Dive in and have a listen.
Was reminded of this brilliant project spearheaded by @audioobscura.bsky.social earlier- It was such a hard challenge, I am honoured to have been a part of it. I'm truly in awe of just how concise and perfectly formed some of these albums are.
