Sarah Pochin is officially a racist piece of shit.

She's the kind of right-wing snowflake who gets triggered by seeing black and Asian faces in TV adverts.

This is who Reform UK are!

Tbh I'd forgotten that.
However, the UK would still have to sell a bespoke deal to the EU, and the EU would have to be minded to buy. Would it really, especially against the backdrop of still significant anti-EU sentiment in the UK or more specifically England?
Sure, couldn't agree more. But you shouldn't be beating around the bush either:

As you know only too well, there can be no such thing as "a" customs union (the coy implication being a bespoke one); there is just 'the' Customs Union, take it or leave it.
Indeed, and still there's no courage to say what needs to be said 😒.
Politicians are - or should be - good with words: there'd be ways to drip feed the message; to inch towards spelling it out clearly. But no, not even that.
Rare? Definitely. Good condition? Apparently. £13k? Hmmm...
Still though? Or sold off into private hands by now?
In the semi-wild last September:
Great: so that’s two parties existing solely to serve the interests of vain, fragile sociopaths as tool for their personal retribution.
OK, an exception to prove the rule. And made possible only by adding a sprinkling of rain water (I had to google it and skimmed the information).
The rule is that the Monaco GP is an expensive parade, and not by any reasonable definition anything akin to a 'race'.
Which Monaco GP was not a dull event?
Can well imagine the fun of driving that Lotus there, though.
Yup, brilliant track.
Raced there a few times; once even on the fabulous GP circuit. Well, it would've been fabulous but for the heavy rain that day - couldn't see a thing 😀

Mark Carney, "The lessons of Brexit are beginning to be applied to the US"

"When you break trading relationships you end up with slower growth"
Occasionally there is still some truly good news in this world!
Not all Western democracies are ready to cave in to populism / fascism.

Except that Russia is a relative minnow that just happens to have a lot of land, and some nukes … if they’re serviceable.
Yes, there'd be a huge feel-good factor but, sadly, it's not feasible.

There's a reason Canadian market regulations follow those of the much larger market to the south; just like the UK cannot escape its proximity to the EU.
But rather than booing and jeering the public response should be laughter. I suspect that would hit him harder.
@autopap papped coming up to Midhurst from #82MM 😁
The bigliest thing he's ever 'achieved'.
Margaret Atwood sure saw it coming as long ago as that.
How delicious would it be if Mark Carney were to win the 🇨🇦 elections and announce talks to join the EU Customs Union?
The looks on Brexiter faces would simply be priceless.
I have brother in law living in LA. He recently visited UK.
Both his out and return flights LAX/LHR were weirdly empty.
Just a single anecdote but I bet this is symptomatic of UK & EU/USA, too.
Certainly European airlines advertising seats to USA like crazy. Also indicative? Bet it is.
Yes, but could never happen: for a start, agricultural standards are worlds apart.

Sadly, Canada is also - by force gravity like UK/EU - locked into the rules & regs of its big economic neighbour.
